The App serves as a unified gateway to advanced, third-party artificial intelligence models. To provide multi-modal capabilities (including text chat, voice interactions, image analysis, and image generation), your submitted content and the minimum information necessary to process your request are securely transmitted to our AI service providers:

Depending on the features you use, the data transmitted may include:
- Text prompts, messages, and conversation context necessary to generate a response.
- Voice recordings or audio clips submitted for voice-based interactions.
- Images or files you upload for analysis, editing, or generation.
- Basic technical metadata required to process your request, such as request timestamps, API request identifiers, model selection, language preferences.
Your data is shared with these providers solely for the purpose of processing your requests and returning AI-generated responses. We do not use your submitted content for advertising or marketing purposes.
We use your submitted prompts, voice recordings, and uploaded images solely to process your request and generate the response you ask for, such as a chat reply, voice response, or image output. We do not retain this content beyond the time necessary to provide the requested service, except where needed to support app features you explicitly use, such as securely stored conversation history at our server that enables continuity across your sessions and devices. You can delete your conversation history at any time through the app. Any content transmitted to our third-party AI providers is used only to generate your requested response and is permanently deleted from their systems as soon as processing is complete and your response has been delivered.

- Retention Policy: We only store your data for the window of time necessary to operate the Service and meet legal compliance. Content processed by the AI is transient and is not archived past the scope of your active session and in-app history.
- Security Measures: We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to shield your data. Please note, however, that no digital transmission or cloud storage solution is 100% impenetrable; while we strive for maximum protection, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
5. AI Image Editing and Face Data
The App includes an AI-powered image editing feature that lets you upload an existing photo and modify it (for example, changing clothing, color, or other visual elements). When you upload a photo that contains a face for editing, that image — including any face data it contains — is processed as follows:
- What is collected: The image you upload for editing, including any faces visible in it, for the sole purpose of performing the edit you requested.
- How it's used: Solely to generate the specific output you asked for (an edited version of your photo). We do not use this data for facial recognition, identity verification, biometric profiling, advertising, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your request.
- Third-party sharing: To perform image editing, your photo is securely transmitted to our third-party image-processing provider, Google, solely to generate the requested output.
- Storage and retention: We do not store your uploaded or edited images on our servers. The image is held only for the duration of processing and is deleted immediately once the result is generated and returned to you. Our third-party provider likewise does not retain the image after processing is complete.
6. Age Restrictions & Children's Privacy
Clawd AI is designed for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable legal limit in your region). We do not knowingly harvest personal data from children. If we discover that a minor's information has been collected inadvertently, we will immediately take steps to purge it from our systems.
