If you are using the App on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you're authorized to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.
1. Subscription and Payment
The App offers a mix of free and paid features. Paid features are available through an auto-renewing subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
- Payment is processed through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) associated with your device, and billing follows that platform's payment terms.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
- Pricing, billing cycles, and any free trial terms will be clearly shown before you subscribe.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store through which you purchased your subscription.
2. AI Content and Ethical Use Policy
To keep the App safe for everyone, you agree that you will not:
- Create likeness-based content, deepfakes, or synthetic media of real individuals (including public figures or minors) without their consent.
- Generate sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.
- Use the App to spread misinformation, manipulate political discourse, or defame others.
- Upload material you don't have the rights or permission to use.
- Attempt to extract, copy, or fine-tune any AI model made available through the App.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Outputs created through the App like chat replies, voice responses, and generated or edited images — are produced by AI and may at times be inaccurate, incomplete, or not what you expected. We don't guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of any AI output, and DeepClawd AI LLC isn't responsible for decisions or actions you take based on it.
4. Intellectual Property
Our App
The App itself, its design, software, and branding belongs to DeepClawd AI LLC and our licensors.
Your Content
Whatever you input (prompts, voice, images) remains yours, and you're free to use the AI outputs generated from it for lawful purposes, subject to the rights of the underlying AI providers. By using the App, you give us permission to process your input as needed to run and improve the Services.
5. Third-Party AI Providers
Certain features rely on AI models operated by outside providers. These providers have their own terms and usage policies that may apply to content generated through them. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the outputs these third-party models produce.
6. Termination
We can suspend or end your access to the App at any time if we believe you've broken these Terms or any applicable law, without needing to give advance notice. Once your access ends, you no longer have permission to use the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The App is offered on an "as is" basis, without guarantees of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, DeepClawd AI LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses connected to your use of the App.
8. Copyright Policy
We take copyright seriously and ask that our users do the same. If you believe your content has been used in a way that infringes your copyright, please reach out to us at support@DeepClawdai.com with the relevant details.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms occasionally. If you keep using the App after a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated Terms.
